Including the ones other agencies had already given up on. That isn’t a slogan, it’s the reason most of our clients found us. They had been told their platform was beyond saving, and it wasn’t.
Deep expertise across the languages your business actually runs on, and a team that finds the hardest, least glamorous work the most interesting.
Most developers are trained to build. Building is a blank page: you choose the tools, you set the rules, and everything is documented because you documented it. Almost nobody is trained to walk into somebody else’s half-finished, undocumented platform, work out what it does, and make it behave, while it’s live and taking money.
That second skill is diagnostic. It’s patience, reading code, reproducing faults, and refusing to accept “it’s just like that” as an answer. It’s the least glamorous work in software and it’s what we’re best at.
It’s also why “you need a rebuild” is so often the answer you get elsewhere. A rebuild is what you propose when you can’t diagnose the problem.
Not a logo wall. What we actually do in each, and where the hard problems tend to be.
The language most of the UK’s commerce runs on, and the one we know deepest. Legacy PHP 5 nobody will touch, modern PHP 8, and every framework and CMS built on top of it. When a platform is described as “too old to save”, this is usually what it’s written in, and it usually isn’t.
Our deepest specialism. Complex catalogues, multi-store, B2B pricing, quotation systems, ERP and stock integrations, and the version upgrades most agencies quote as a rebuild. We take on Magento work other agencies decline, it is genuinely hard, and that is exactly why we do it.
Where bespoke business software lives. Customer portals, internal CRMs, booking systems, quoting engines, API layers. We inherit half-built Laravel applications regularly, and we finish them rather than restarting them.
The connective tissue of every platform we touch, front end, back end and everything the browser does that nobody documented. Typed where it should be, and untangled where somebody else didn’t.
Interfaces that need to be fast, maintainable and actually finished. Server-side rendering where SEO depends on it, component libraries where consistency does, and rescues where a previous team left a half-migrated front end behind.
API layers, integrations and real-time services. Where a platform needs to talk to an ERP, a payment provider, a courier or a CRM, this is often what does the talking.
A skill most agencies quietly dropped, which is precisely why businesses still running it can’t find anyone. We maintain and extend AngularJS applications, and we migrate them on your timetable rather than under duress.
Native iOS, from crash triage after an OS update to App Store rejections, in-app purchases and release management. We take over apps whose original developer has vanished, certificates, provisioning, and all.
Native Android, including the fragmentation nobody warns you about: device-specific layout failures, permission changes, deprecated SDKs and Play Store policy rejections.
One codebase, both stores. It is how we rescued a £30k app that had been rejected by Apple and abandoned by its agency, live on iOS and Android in six weeks.
For teams already invested in React. We maintain, upgrade and ship React Native apps, including the native bridges that break every time the platform moves.
Where “the site is slow” usually turns out to live. Query tuning, indexing, corrupted data, botched migrations, and the reporting that finance insists doesn’t reconcile.
Server provisioning, deployments, SSL, backups, monitoring and release pipelines, automated, so that shipping a fix at 6am is routine rather than an event.
Theme development, app integration and the checkout problems that quietly cost orders. Including the ones introduced by an app somebody installed and forgot about.
You get a named project manager who knows your platform and your business, not a ticket queue, and not a rotating cast who need re-briefing every time you get in touch. They handle the communication so the developers can get on with the work.
“We take over platforms other people built. It saves the money, but more than that it saves the months, and the stress of starting again from nothing. Most of the time what you already have is worth keeping. Our job is to make it better.”
Three businesses who had already been told the work couldn’t be done, or couldn’t be staffed.
We’d been trying to find Magento developers for months and were falling further behind with our client. Resolve Beyond came in, understood the brief immediately, and just delivered. The platform handles international orders, integrates DHL seamlessly, and the stock control works exactly as we needed. They saved the project and saved our client relationship.
We’d spent over thirty thousand pounds and eighteen months and had nothing we could put in front of a school. Every other agency told us we needed to start again. Resolve Beyond looked at what we already had, kept the foundations, and rebuilt it in Flutter in six weeks. We’re on both stores, and we now have a subscription model to sell it worldwide.
We reached out in a panic, and Resolve Beyond answered with calm and competence. They got hold of the original developer, took on the files, and had the CRM ready before the first day of term. Since then they’ve built it into something we couldn’t have imagined, AI features, a mobile app, push notifications.
Every one of these arrived with a rebuild quote, an absent developer, or an agency that had given up.
Security holes, quotation errors and an Epicor integration a previous agency had failed to complete. We delivered it first time, then took on the platform.
Expanded Metal Company£30k spent, iOS-only, built in Unreal Engine, rejected by the App Store. We preserved the foundations and shipped to both stores in six weeks.
The previous agency could not find the cause and a rebuild was quoted. We found it, fixed it, and kept the platform.
Weeks from the start of term, with the files gone. We recovered them, finished the CRM, and then grew it into an app.
Not because we enjoy proving people wrong, but because it’s usually true that it can be fixed, and the business on the receiving end of that advice is about to spend money it doesn’t need to spend.
Thirty minutes with a partnership manager. We’ll tell you honestly what we think is wrong and what we’d do about it, even if you never hire us.
